Fano Adriano ist eine Gemeinde mit 296 Einwohnern in der italienischen Provinz Teramo, ca. 100 km westlich von Pescara und 28 km von Teramo, in dem Gebiet des Nationalparks Gran Sasso und Monti della Laga. Die Ortschaft ist Mitglied der Comunità Montana Gran Sasso.
Zu den Ortsteilen (Fraktionen) zählt Cerqueto.
Die Nachbargemeinden sind: Crognaleto, Isola del Gran Sasso d’Italia, L’Aquila, Montorio al Vomano, Pietracamela und Tossicia.
Im 15. Jahrhundert wurde die Gemeinde erstmals urkundlich erwähnt. Die Gemeinde befindet sich im Tal des Vomano, einem Fluss in den Abruzzen. Das Dorf mit seinem mittelalterlichen Gebäudenstil unterhält mehrere Kirchen aus dieser Zeit. Im ältesten Teil des Dorfes befindet sich die Pfarrkirche aus dem sechzehnten Jahrhundert. Im Ortsteil Cerqueto steht die alte Kirche Sant’Egidio. Sie wurde mehrmals restauriert.
Fano Adriano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Teramo in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 100 km west of Pescara and about 28 km south-west of Teramo, in the province of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga. The village is a member of the Comunità Montana Gran Sasso. Cerqueto belongs to the districts (factions).

In the 15th century the municipality was mentioned for the first time. The municipality is located in the valley of the Vomano, a river in Abruzzo. The village, with its medieval buildings, maintains several churches from this period. In the oldest part of the village is the parish church of the sixteenth century. In the district of Cerqueto stands the ancient church of Sant'Egidio. It has been restored several times.
